Cranberry Lake, located in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains, is a popular recreation resort. Visitors can enjoy staying in housekeeping cottages, motels, or hotels, and there are also marinas, restaurants, gift shops, and stores available. Outdoor activities include hiking, water skiing, and fishing for small mouth bass and trout. Hunting is also available during the appropriate season.
