This postcard features a stunning image of Running Eagle Falls, also known as Trick Falls, in Glacier National Park, Montana. The waterfall is located between Middle and Lower Two Medicine Lakes and is known for its unique feature of a cavern that drains water from the river above the falls and spews it out halfway down. In the spring, high flows cover the opening, making the falls appear ordinary, but in the summer, when the river drops, the opening can be seen. During the fall, the entire river flows through the cavern. The postcard is a photo taken by Dan Sample and is distributed by DAN SAMPLEâ’¸.
