The dam is designed to last 2,000 years and is 660 feet thick at the base, 45 feet thick at the top, 726 feet high, and 1244 feet wide at the crest. The postcard is made by Mostly Postcard Inc. and includes their address in Scottsdale, Arizona. The photo on the postcard is taken by Richard Strange.
