This postcard features a view of the United States Capitol from the top of the Washington Monument. The scene looks east over the Mall towards Capitol Hill, with carefully tended grounds, trees, fountains, and statues surrounding the building. The postcard is distributed by L. B. Prince Co. and includes a photo by Dino Sassi. It is addressed to Mr. & Mrs. Kenwrth Waggener and was sent from Reykhne, Florida in June 1988. The message on the postcard is not clear, but it mentions a vacation in Washington and a visit to the Capitol.
