This postcard features a view of Qumran, the site of the famous Dead Sea Scrolls. The excavation of Qumran was a fascinating trip, although it was found to be exhausting. The scrolls were discovered in caves around this place. The postcard also includes a copyright notice by “Palphot” Herzlia. It is made in Israel and shows an aqueduct near Akko.
