Exploring the History of the Plymouth National Wax Museum
Located in Plymouth, Massachusetts, the Plymouth National Wax Museum offers visitors a unique opportunity to step back in time and learn about the early settlers of America. One of the most fascinating exhibits at the museum is the recreation of the Boston Jail in England in 1607.
In this jail, historical figures such as William Brewster, Rev. Clyfton, John Robinson, and four others were held for 4 or 5 weeks. It was a difficult time for these individuals, as they were seeking religious freedom and were eventually forced to flee to Holland in the summer of 1608.
