The new, 60-story headquarters of The First National Bank of Chicago is making waves in the city’s architecture scene. Standing tall at 850 feet on the former site of the famed Morrison Hotel, this building is truly one-of-a-kind.
One of the most striking features of the building is its unique floor plan. The area per floor tapers from 59,000 sq. ft. at street level to 29,000 sq. ft. at the top of the tower, creating a visually stunning effect.
