The postcard features a photograph of a giant Sahuaro cactus, which is the State Flower of Arizona. The Sahuaro cactus is unique to the lower altitudes of Arizona, California, New Mexico, and Texas. In May and June, the cactus produces white blossoms, followed by bright red fruit a month or two later.
