The postcard features an image of Washington’s Headquarters at Valley Forge, Pennsylvania, which was owned by Isaac Potts. George Washington arrived at this house in December 1777 and stayed for six months. During this time, he held meetings with his aides and generals, communicated with Congress, and strategized for future campaigns.
