Greetings from Independence, Missouri!
I am currently exploring the historic sites of this charming city, and I couldn’t wait to share this postcard with you. The Vaile Mansion, built in 1881, is a stunning example of Victorian architecture that is definitely worth a visit. The Bingham Waggoner Estate, once home to Missouri artist and politician George Caleb Bingham, is another must-see attraction in Independence.
One of the highlights of my trip so far has been visiting The National Frontier Trails Center, which offers a fascinating look at the exploration and settlement of the American West. It’s been truly inspiring to learn about the pioneers who ventured out into the unknown in search of a better life.
