This postcard features a vintage photograph of the “Bible” Fireplace, which is located in the studio of Henry C. Mercer’s tile factory at the Moravian Pottery and Tile Works in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. The fireplace was installed in 1915 and is a prominent feature in the studio. The Bucks County Department of Parks and Recreation maintains this National Historic Landmark as a working history museum.
