This postcard features a stunning view of Castillo San Felipe del Morro and Castillo San Cristóbal in the National Historic Site of San Juan, Puerto Rico. Three flags proudly fly from atop the castles: the United States flag, the flag of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and the old Spanish military flag known as the “Burgundy Cross.” The Burgundy Cross flag was flown by Spanish forces from the 16th to the 18th centuries.
